Eligibility
Am I qualified for a Trade account?
If your business operates within the on-trade sector (such as bars, restaurants, nightclubs, etc.) or the off-trade sector (retailers, online stores, wholesalers), or if you manage an events company, you are eligible for a Trade account and can access trade pricing. We will perform a business verification process upon your registration.
Account Creation
How long does it take to activate my account?
Our goal is to activate all accounts within 24 hours. However, during peak periods, weekends, and for accounts located outside the Malaysia, the process may take longer. Once your account is approved, you can place orders immediately.
Am I allowed to have multiple account holders?
You can authorize multiple trusted users to log in using the same account credentials for placing orders.
Orders
Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?
Certainly, each account type has a minimum order requirement, and this will be displayed to you prior to checkout.
Delivery
Which locations qualify for next-day delivery?
Penang Island and the Klang Valley.
What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?
Orders must be placed and paid for (unless on a credit account) before 12 pm during working hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Is it possible to deliver to multiple locations?
Certainly, if you have multiple venues or manage events, you can arrange deliveries to multiple locations. Please contact us through chat after placing your order online for multiple-location delivery coordination.
Am I able to select my preferred courier?
Indeed, you can opt for a preferred courier; however, the selection may be subject to change if a more suitable option arises based on the order time and destination.
