Unless we delivered the products to you in error or they arrived damaged or defective, you’ll bear the cost of returning the products to us.

Please also ensure that your returns are adequately insured. We reserve the right to claim against you for any damages that may occur during the return transit.

2. Packaging

Use the original packaging to securely pack the beverages you’re returning. This minimizes the risk of damage during transit. Insert the completed invoice or the returns form inside.

3. Shipping Label

Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring no other address labels are visible.
