RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order without any charges within 14 days of purchase, unless the products are perishable, personalised, or designated as non-returnable.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If upon receiving your order, any of the beverages do not meet your expectations, we will either refund your payment or provide an exchange.
Please notify us within 14 days from the delivery date if you wish to return or exchange any items.
Note that we will cover the return shipping costs only if the items were delivered in error or were defective upon arrival.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
All beverages should be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a beverage is delivered to you in a compromised state, you reserve the right to reject the item within 30 days from the order date.
For perishable items, this period is limited to their “best before” date. For guidance on how to proceed if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please consult the “Damaged and Wrong Goods” section.
For our non-business consumers, meaning those purchasing for personal use and not for business intentions, there is an established right to cancel your beverage order.
This right lasts up to fourteen days from the date your order was placed, referred to as ‘The Cancellation Period’. However, this right is not applicable for orders involving personalized beverages or those we’ve clearly marked as non-returnable.
To exercise your cancellation rights:
Before the Cancellation Period expires, notify us in writing of your intention to cancel.
2. Product Return
If you’ve already received the beverages, they need to be returned to us.
3. Liability and Costs
If the beverages returned were not delivered by mistake or were not defective upon arrival, you will bear the cost of the return. Furthermore, any damage to the beverages before they reach us falls under your responsibility. We advise insuring your returns to avoid potential costs from damages.
4. Care of Products
There’s a legal obligation for you to retain and take reasonable care of the beverages until they’re returned. Damages or signs of tampering could result in a claim against you for compensation.
If the beverages aren’t returned within 30 days of your cancellation notice, we reserve the right to arrange a collection at your expense.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you’d like to make adjustments to your beverage order, please ensure you haven’t yet received an email confirmation from us stating that your order has been processed.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Should you decide to exchange a beverage, kindly inform us within seven working days from the delivery date. Please be prepared to cover the cost of returning the item, as well as any relevant insurance.
Refund and Additional Payments:
- If the beverage you’re returning has a higher value than the one you’re receiving in exchange, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Conversely, if the returned beverage has a lower value than the replacement, you’ll be required to make an additional payment.
Shipping and Handling:
A new shipping and handling fee will apply for exchanged items. Keep your original invoice handy, as it might be requested for purchase verification. Once we receive your returned beverage, we’ll charge your credit card for the replacement and process any applicable credits for the return.
